"A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way." John C. Maxwell

Sundays for me are resting, rejuvenating, getting organized and daydreaming.
Truth be told, we are on our way to the mountains again skiing!
It's a new kind of way to relax!

Every Sunday in 2018 we are featuring power women.
Some women are in my life and inside my circle.
Some outside.
I am beyond excited to introduce you to Jane.

Jane has helped my business grow exponentially.
I have worked with, consulted with, hired and coached some really amazing people.  People I am honored to work with.
Jane.
Every time I talk with Jane I am in shock by her brilliance and expertise.

Jane is a woman in my circle and one you want in yours too!

Please meet my coach and confidant Jane.

Your Name & Company

Jane Garee, Showstopping Sales

THE POWER SQUAD PROJECT

How do you show up as a Leader?

Energetic, enthusiastic, committed to others' success, and powerful teaching skill that always has a strong theme of fun.

What's one way you manage your life that you feel you have mastered?

Don't take anything too seriously and a day without laughter is a day wasted.

How do you give to your community?

By creating fun and educational experiences for people.

What's the number one tip you would give another woman entrepreneur?

Stay on YOUR path so you don't go on someone else's journey,
always be kind (this isn't the same as nice) and realize
that retreating is sometimes just attacking in a different direction.

What tech tool could you not live without?

Google search.
I'm a natural researcher, endlessly curious and want answers to everything NOW.

What is your favorite business book?

Aesop's Fables.
Although technically not a business book, there's some invaluable info there.

What does self-care look like for you?

Lying in bed for no good reason, any time spent at the spa, and plenty of times with friends and family.
Oh, and travel.
Always travel.

What's your favorite quote?

"Remember when everything seems to be going against you, the airplane takes off against the wind, not with it." - Henry Ford

Thanks, Jane - you know I think you are the world's best!

Quick side note from Ashleigh.  Here are my most favorite tools ever.

  • For audio motivation - Relentless by Tim Grover. I listen to him as I was in the mornings.  My walk always becomes a power walk after listening.
  • To focus during the day I love to focus@will.  They say music helps you focus and for me it surely does.  I blare the classical music.  I am not sure how many people my age choose that over techno but either way I love it.
  • Rosemarie Groner (from the Busy Budgeter) is a friend and I just LOVE how much she gives everything away.  She tells you and anyone she can her detailed way to making money!  Start with her Pinterest Strategy Guide that is worth every penny.  Not. going. to. lie.

PS- We think you may be interested in these too!
