"The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not followers."
Woo!! I love the beginning of a new month!! Don't you!
October truly is one of my favorites months for this glass-is-half-full gal.
The Fall clothes even though it was 75 and we were at the beach all day yesterday.
The leaves if we had some on SoCal.
But I also love to reflect on the past, give gratitude for the here and now and the future to come.
I love to look at "the data" from the past and make changes for tomorrow.
I am such a nerd.
But here's the thing my memory is short.
When I look back, I see the wonderful things we did together.
Below are your favorites from September.
I hope you are entering fall with a lot of wonder and a lot of gratitude.
LEAD. Lovelies. Lead.
--> You LOVED our convo about Taylor Swift.
--> You loved what the General had to say to the a**holes. #applaudingtrueleadership
--> 13 Traits of People with True Integrity.
And of course... I am a woman of distinction.
--> Give back to yourself ladies. Whether it's 5 minutes in the car. BY. YOUR. SELF. With a new friend or old. You deserve something good. Right here. Right now. #figureitout
Quick side note from Ashleigh. Here are my most favorite tools ever.
- For audio motivation - Relentless by Tim Grover. I listen to him as I was in the mornings. My walk always becomes a power walk after listening.
- To focus during the day I love to focus@will. They say music helps you focus and for me it surely does. I blare the classical music. I am not sure how many people my age choose that over techno but either way I love it.
- Rosemarie Groner (from the Busy Budgeter) is a friend and I just LOVE how much she gives everything away. She tells you and anyone she can her detailed way to making money! Start with her Pinterest Strategy Guide that is worth every penny. Not. going. to. lie
